Our services go way beyond traditional break-fix support!
Fast responses, regular maintenance
In addition to responding fast to business-critical incidents, we will perform regular checks to ensure your identity management system is working effectively and to pre-empt future issues.
No extra charge for change requests
Unlike typical support agreements, we will also handle requests for minor changes on a best efforts basis at no extra charge. Such changes might include managing additional attributes, additional health probes, modifying provisioning logic, configuring workflows, group management configuration, reports etc.

RAPID INCIDENT RESPONSE
You can be sure of a rapid response to high priority incidents that affect the performance of your system or a business-critical activity.
ONGOING MAINTENANCE
We will perform regular system checks and maintenance at mutually convenient times and frequency. We will highlight any problems and fix minor issues.
CHANGE REQUESTS
We will handle tickets for minor changes (i.e. those that can be implemented in a couple of hours) on a best efforts basis at no extra charge.
A few bits of small print
Our job is to keep your identity management system working effectively.
We can help you whether we originally implemented your identity management system, or whether you or a third party did – but there will be an on-boarding cost where it was not an Oxford Computer Group implementation.
Any changes to your system will be made in accordance with your procedures. If you do not have a formal approach, we will recommend solutions. But you will need to make, and take responsibility for, any changes.
Unlike typical support contracts, we will handle minor change requests without additional charge. These are defined as items that can be implemented in a couple of hours.
While we are committed to ensuring that our support contract is as quibble-free as possible, clearly there need to be some exclusions, and these will be clearly called out in the agreement.
