A few bits of small print

Our job is to keep your MIM environment working effectively.

We can assist you whether we originally implemented your MIM implementation or you or a third party did, but there will be an onboarding cost if it was not an Oxford Computer Group implementation.

Any changes to your system will be made in accordance with your procedures. If you do not have a formal approach, we will recommend solutions. But you will need to make and take responsibility for any changes.

Unlike many support contracts, we include minor change requests at no extra cost – defined as tasks we can complete in a couple of hours. Thanks to our deep MIM expertise, work that might take a full day in-house often takes us far less time.

While we are committed to ensuring that our MIM support contract is as quibble-free as possible, clearly there need to be some exclusions, and these will be clearly called out in the agreement.
